Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Please arrive no later than 3:45pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

Yes! There is a large gravel parking lot behind the reception space.

We have hired a wonderful photography and videography team to help capture our special day. Because of this, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. However, photos are welcome throughout the remainder of the night! We will post the professional wedding photos to our website once edited!!

Our wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire. See pictures below for inspiration. Please avoiding wearing a predominantly white outfit.

Dinner will include chicken or steak, roasted potatoes, roasted broccolini, and a salad. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include that information when you RSVP so that our caterer can make accommodations! Food will be served buffet style by catering staff.

For those 21 years or older, beer and wine will be available at the bar until 10:00pm. Please note that IDs will be checked by the bartender.

As much as we would love to include all of our friends and loved ones, we are unable to do so due to space limitations at the venue. Plus ones will be noted on your invitation and when RSVPing.

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn Zion Crossroads Gordonsville. This hotel is approximately 13 miles (21 minutes) from the venue. For more information, please see the "Lodging" tab above.

No, there will not be a shuttle to provide transportation between the venue and hotel.
